Q: After I place my order how long will it take to be filled?

A: With Dealer Depot, your products are never too far away.  Our delivery schedule enables us to service any customer within a one hundred mile radius of Monongahela, PA, within one week.  If outside this radius, common carrier will be the means of shipment and should arrive within 7 to 10 days.

Q: What is your minimum order size?

A: We have no minimum order size; however, we offer discounted prices for large orders.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks, credit-approved purchase order numbers, and Visa or Mastercard.

Q: How can I place orders on credit?

A: Dealer Depot accepts credit applications and will respond with a decision within 7 business days.  If approved, you will be notified of your credit limit, and will be allowed to make purchases using a Purchase Order number issued by your company.  Payment of all orders placed with a PO Number are due and payable within 30 days.

Q: Does Dealer Depot install products or refer customers to installers?

A: Regretably, we are not an installer, nor do we have access to a wide range of installers.  This is due to the fact that we are primarily a wholesale company.  We suggest that you consult your local yellow pages for professionals in your area.

Q: May I see the product before I purchase?

A: In most cases, we are able to provide a product sample.  Simply call our 800 number to speak to a Customer Service Representative about your request

Q: Will you ship to a job site?

A: Yes, we deliver to any job site.  It is important to note, however, that the general heavy weight of building materials will require that proper equipment and/or labor are available to accept the goods upon delivery.  Please be aware of the weight of goods before delivery, to assure you are properly prepare to accept your order.
